How fast do you ship your products?

All products are shipped by FedEx ground (express service is available at an additional charge). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO are shipped by Us Mail (Additional charges may apply). All products are shipped within 3 business days from order date. Shipping time is 3 to 7 business days depending on destination. All products are shipped from our NY factory.
Please note: We do not ship outside US.

Guarantee:
Easy Fit Inc. guarantees our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear and improper cleaning. Should a defect in workmanship or material occur, we will replace or repair it, at our discretion.

Shipping:
Under normal circumstances, we will ship your order within three working days via Fed Ex Ground, or common carrier. All drop/ship orders are subject to handling charges. All shipments are FREIGHT COLLECT, FOB Woodside, NY.

Returns:
In order to make your return process smoothly, please follow these guidelines:
Contact Easy Fit Inc. for a Return Authorization number.
Make sure that you return ONLY our merchandise, not that of other vendors.
Do not return shop worn merchandise.
Note: No returns on custom sizes.

Terms:
Opening orders may be COD or prepaid by check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. After completing a credit application, and if credit is approved, terms of Net 30, 2% 15 days, from the date of invoice are available on following orders. Your account must be current to insure timely shipment. Service charge of $25 will be assessed for any NSF checks and a second NSF will result in your terms being reassessed.

1. Question of the month - Do slipcovers work on L shaped sectional furniture ?

Yes, click here to see if your sectional meets our slip cover specification.
Treat your sectional as two pieces of furniture. In most cases you will need both Sofa and Loveseat slipcovers. Apply each slip cover. Where there are no arms, you will need to tuck the unused arm fabric down into crevice between the two separate pieces.

2. Why buy a slipcover?

Compare savings: to reupholster a sofa may cost you up to $1800, ready made slipcovers range from $39 to $159. Aside from savings, slipcovers have other advantages over upholstery:

You can change your furniture look in minutes, as season's change.
You can use slipcover to make "matching set" out of your mismatched furniture.
Have a second set, you can use one for every day wear and another set for "company".
Perfect, if you have kids, pets, roommates, or summer rentals.
You can wash your slipcover without the expense or trouble of upholstery cleaning.

      3. What size do I need?

Slipcovers are available in four sizes: sofa, loveseat, large chair and chair. To determine the size, measure your furniture from arm to arm and choose correct size from our chart.

       4. How do you select right slipcover?

Selecting slipcover is easy. Look around your room, see if the selected pattern goes well with your interior - rugs, curtains and wallpaper. We offer wide selection of slipcovers from Solids and Floral to Leather Look and South West. For clean contemporary look most people prefer neutral or solid color slipcovers. These colors are simply easier to decorate with.

      5. What types of couches do your covers fit?

Easy Fit® slipcovers fit almost all types of furniture, without or with round or square upholstered or wooden arms, as long as long as your furniture has creases where the back meets seating cushions and the arms. Creases are required so you can tuck in access fabric. Our slipcovers will fit couches with square or T-cushion, leather furniture, sofa beds, overstuffed loose back cushions with low or high arms.
Please note: slipcovers DO NOT FIT sofas with built-in recliners, chaises or sectionals.

      6. Do they work on leather furniture?

Yes, just place our non-slip gripper pad underneath the slipcover. This will prevent slipcover from slipping and sliding.

      7. Do they work on furniture with wooden arms?

All our slipcovers work on couches with wooden arms. Just wrap around the arms poly/blend batting to pad them. You may find batting at your local craft shop. On armless furniture or furniture with wooden arms for exposed appearance simply fold and tuck excess fabric.

      8. Do they work on High Camel Backs?

Yes, they do work on Camel Back furniture if measurement from the back of the couch from the floor, up and over the back, down over the seat and down to the floor in front of the couch measures 139" or less.

      9. Do you make slipcovers for recliners?

Sorry, we don't make those.

      10. Do they fit snug and stay in place?

Just like bed covers you have to straighten them. On occasion you need to re-tuck fabric, that has came loose. Use spoon on spatula to tuck in excess fabric in to the creases where the back meets cushions and the arms. Ready made covers are not custom fit covers - tucking in is required.
Note: heavier texture fabrics adhere better to furniture

      11. How do you wash a slipcover?

Most of our slipcovers are machine washable, gentle cycle, line dry recommended to preserve color vibrancy. Newer use bleach (see washing instruction label).

     12. What about shrinkage and wrinkles?

Shrinkage of slipcover during the first couple of washings will occur. Do not worry, shrinkage amount is very minimal, it will not effect the fit of your slipcover. To avoid wrinkles after washing line dry the slipcover and place it immediately on the furniture

     13. What is custom Seat cushion slip?

Zipper - less construction. Seat cushion slip is made to fit Seat cushion or *set of cushions* of any upholstered or wooden couch or chair. Elasticized cushion slip works similar to fitted sheet, covering top, the sides and partially bottom of cushion. Elasticized construction allows for easy fit and removal. *Words of Wisdom* : If you have more then one seat cushion on your furniture, you may consider covering them all with one slip, by simply combining the width of all the cushions. This will save you a lot of money too.

     14. What is Skirted Slipcover ?

A new generation of slipcovers that are Easy to Fit or remove. Designed for use on armless furniture or furniture with arms. Perfect for conventional upholstered furniture, or any futon frame in metal or wood. Simple, yet ingeniously designed slipcover completely conceals the front and the back of the frame to provides a completely upholstered look. This slipcover works on both, convertible and non convertible furniture. One piece, elasticized slipcover has center pleated skirt in the front and straight skirt in back.

     15. What is futon cover - do you sell those?
Note: this product is not available to resellers.

Futon cover can not be used on conventional upholstered furniture or regular mattress.
Futon cover is removable zippered cover that is made especially for flexible futon mattress, covering top, bottom and loft of mattress.
Fits any futon mattress up to 8 inches thick.
